Your mobile number will only be used to send you the requested prayer by text message. No additional or recurring messages will be sent. Any other information provided is used solely to generate personalized prayers for you.
Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We do not sell or rent your mobile information.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Message Frequency
You will receive only one message per opt-in request. No additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Prayer Helper.

Our website and SMS services and hotline services may use third-party service providers. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices that are beyond our control.
Prayer Video Generation
If you choose to generate a prayer video, the prayer text is processed to create narration and a downloadable media file. In our current version, videos are generated for direct user download and are not publicly hosted by default. Please avoid including sensitive personal details if you do not want them included in exported media. Processing happens in your browser; we do not upload your prayer video to our servers for rendering.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.
